The banks are still pursuing clients in the high court even though the law says they should go to the far more accessible – and less costly – magistrates courts. But Standard Bank just got a rude awakening in the Western Cape High Court when it tried to pull a fast one. Ciaran Ryan discusses this with Nompu Siziba on SAFM.
