Former Africa Bitcoin CEO says he plans to ask for reconsideration of the FSCA ruling without admitting wrongdoing.

Warren Wheately has issued an open letter following his registration as Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) CEO after being debarred for 20 years and slapped with a R5 million administrative penalty by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).

The letter provides Wheatley’s version of what led to the penalty and debarment, and relates to what he says was R301 in test trades conducted four years ago in Altvest shares – the name of the company before it became ABC.
